How Better Communication Prevents Painful Turnover

An article on Forbes suggested that employees are often dishonest when it comes to feedback surveys, or often, choosing not to participate in it at all. These employees are those who are likely to leave their jobs due to unsatisfactory management.

The truth is, you are responsible to voice your concerns and to make your voice heard.

When problems are identified and are brought out in the open, it fuels discussion. Speaking up will eventually help grow the organization’s value. However, keep in mind that what you raised up must be balanced and objective.
